I think it happens with almost everyone that you plan and execute it very aggressively then from next day you get gradually deviated from the plan.

These all happened with me also during my CA entrance exam and I always tried to overcome this problem. It took time but, it worked for me.
During my preparation first I made plan for my studies then executed it, I always tried to stick to the schedule. But how I achieved and cleared my entrance exams —

I always try to keep my phone away or in separate room.
Kept myself away from the family members while studying. (Especially younger siblings)
I used headphones to watch the lectures so that I don't get distracted from any external voice.
I used to study the theory subjects in morning to completely concentrate on the subject.
Initially I made mistake of studying by considering hours but, that proved wrong for me then I started studying target wise.
Relaxation and breaks plays very prominent role to energize you to study with concentration.
Don't go for very long sitting. Instead of trying to eat the whole thing in one go, try to grasp as per your potential by dividing it into portion.

If you feel exhausted then don't push yourself but, take break to refresh yourself.
Always do your favorite thing daily by adjusting your time accordingly to keep yourself joyful in journey. (I used to read books,trading in shares and sometimes content writing)
Never compare yourself with anyone, just give your best and try to be better than yesterday.
Good habits, good routine and good results takes time, just have patience.
